We do understand busy work schedules and LIFE in general happens. Some situations cannot be avoided so we are always happy to cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice.
If any cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged $25 per service booked. For example if you are booked for highlights and a cut, you will be charged $50.
We understand that unforeseen events + isolations do happen. However we hope you understand and and respect our team members time and livelihoods too.
If you are unsure what to book, please contact your stylist and they will be happy to help you out.
Upon booking your appointment you are agreeing to these terms. Additionally, you will be required to leave an email on file to allow appointment reminders to be sent.
At the start of every appointment a quick consultation will take place. Please let us know at this time if you have any allergies, health conditions or any other information that we should know about at this time. It is important as hair colour and products may contain or be affected by these. Eau Salon cannot be held responsible from this point forward. We want to keep your comfort and health a priority.
redo + Refund policy
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. Ode unforunatly due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned. Please email
