Eau Salon requires our employees to keep a record of a credit card on file in order to reserve your appointment. However, we do understand busy work schedules and LIFE in general happens. Some situations cannot be avoided so we are always happy to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice.
If any cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Missed appointments with no prior warning are subject to be charged 100% of the service fee.
Because of scheduling with COVID-19, you will be charged for the service you are booking for. That means if you book a colour, but come in only wanting a haircut, you will be charged the price for the colour you booked, as that is now a spot we are unable to fill. If you are unsure what to book, please contact your stylist and they will be happy to help you out.
Upon booking your appointment you agree to these terms. Additionally, if you book your appointment online, we will reach out to you within a couple days of booking your appointment and revise this booking policy; as well as ask some general questions about your hair to ensure the timing is correct!
We store all information in a secure location that is encrypted and password protected. We hope you understand and respect our team members time.
At the start of every appointment a quick consultation will take place. Please let us know at this time if you have any allergies, health conditions or any other information that we should know about at this time. It is important as hair colour and products may contain or be affected by these. Eau Salon cannot be held responsible from this point forward. We want to keep your comfort and health a priority.
