What are your prices?
Our pricing is based on a level system. Our haircuts range from $35 - $60. Our more popular colors like bayalyage range from $175 - $250+ (with toning added). We do however offer complimentary consultations to help get your perfect hair!
Do you have parking?
Yes we do! We oofer on site car parking. You may park anywhere in the car park unless there is a reserve sign.
Do I need to confirm my booking?
Yes you need to confirm your appointment. We automatically send out a confirmation text + email a few days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. Unfortunately if appointments are not confirmed within 24 hours of the appointment then we will have to cancel the appointment as we have a waiting list.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the final 24 hours of your booking then you will be charged 50% of your booking. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or are a ‘no-show’ then the full service price of your booking will be charged. For more information check out our Salon Policy tab.
How long will my appointment take?
As a general rule for new clients we about three for a bayalage or full highlights. If you are having a colour correction or have long/thick hair then we will allow extra time. Please be mindful of this when you are booking and provide us with as much information as possible.
How long will it take to achieve my goal hair?
Each client’s hair takes differently to colour so we can provide you with an estimate, however it may not be accurate. If you do not have any artificial dye in your hair then we can usually achieve your desired colour in the first session(depending how light or cool). However, if you have coloured your hair recently (in particular home dye’s) or if your hair is damaged then we may need to do 2 or 3+ sessions of colour to maintain the integrity of your hair to prevent breakage.
What is the wait to book an appointment?
We recommend that you rebook with every appointment to avoid missing out on your preferred stylist. However we understand that schedules can change and we advise to book 2-3 weeks in advance. For senior stylists and busy days (late nights and Saturdays) we recommend 4-5 weeks notice at least. We do however have last minute cancellations for stylists so feel free to contact us via email or phone to double check and we can always add you to our waiting lists.
What sort of shampoo + condtioner should I be using?
We can recommend a salon grade shampoo and conditioner suited for your colour/style/hair needs/budget. We have a carry Redken + Evo color conditioners. For clients with coloured hair we recommend using a colour specific shampoo and conditioner to maintain longevity with your colour and to prevent brassiness. It is also very important for highlighted hair to use a protein and moisture specific shampoo and conditioner. We also have conditioning treatments that can be used on a weekly basis to prevent brassiness and tonal changes. We recommend talking to your stylist about what brand/product will suit your colour needs
Can you gurantee your work?
Yes we do! This does however mean leaving with the right home care too! We guarantee all of our work and if you are not happy with your colour/cut then we have a 2 week redo policy for you to contact the salon so we can rectify the issue for you.
If I am unhappy?
We take pride in our work. However sometimes things don't always turn out the way we hope! At Eau we want you to feel + look beautiful in your look!
